John F. Kennedy
Elected President of the United States in 1961, John F. Kennedy was killed by an assassin on the 22nd November 1963 as his motorcade wound through Dallas, Texas. He was the youngest man elected President and the youngest to die.
He was the author of several books, including A Nation of Immigrants, published by Hamish Hamilton with an introduction by Robert F.Kennedy.
